Goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer in the order through a courier service. The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon for a specific case. International shipping is available, and the delivery time and cost will be communicated to the buyer in advance.If the shipping method is arranged based on a special request from the buyer, the buyer bears any additional costs associated with such shipping. In the event the buyer does not accept the goods upon delivery, the seller has the right to charge the buyer for the costs of re-delivery.Upon receiving the goods from the courier, the buyer is obligated to check the integrity of the packaging and immediately report any defects to the courier. If the packaging is found to be damaged, the buyer may refuse to accept the shipment.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, unless the goods were custom-made or modified according to the buyer's specifications. In the event of withdrawal, the buyer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.The goods must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and including all accessories and documentation. Refunds will be issued to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
